Mood Bru Return & Refund Policy

At Mood Brü, we want every sip to be a great experience. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong flavor, we’ll make it right.

Damaged Products

  • If any beverages arrive broken, leaking, or otherwise damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
  • Send your order number and photos of the damage to necole.moodbru@gmail.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Flavor Received

  • If you receive the wrong flavor, please notify us within 5 days of delivery.
  • We’ll either send you the correct flavor or issue a refund — whichever you prefer.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved.
  • Replacements will be shipped as quickly as possible at no additional cost.
